My Mission Statement:
At Keller Williams Sunsest Corridor, my philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
A Little About Who I Am:
Raised in The Dalles since 1981, I am familiar with the unique beauty of our region and all it has to offer. I believe that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate. With my industry knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to my clients, your home buying or selling experience will be enjoyable.
Combining real estate experience with my ASP© Real Estate Broker designation (Accredited Staging Professional©) allows me to offer this benefit to my listing clients at no extra cost. Staging a home is the process of depersonalizing it to make it appealing to the vast buyer market. When priced correctly for the market, staging helps the home sell quicker and hopefully for at or above asking price.
For those looking to purchase property, I have the expertise to help prospective buyers achieve their goals of finding the perfect home and envision living there. I am also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), helping retired and active duty personnel buy or sell a home in Wasco or Sherman Counties in Oregon, and navigate the VA home loan process.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, photography, and community volunteerism at Relay For Life Mid Columbia and The Hoarding Council of the Columbia Gorge.
